A Commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility
At Contour Software, we believe in building long-term relationships, not just with our existing staff but also with the community we are a part of. Our CSR programs involve adhering to Ethical labor practices and arranging Volunteering opportunities for our staff to help us play our part, whether through Blood drives, Donation campaigns, Tree Plantation drives, or initiatives to support Thalassemia and Cancer patients, to name a few. We have also hosted Pink Ribbon campaigns to create awareness to help eradicate breast cancer.
We support the Sustainable Development Goals and are partnering with a few community circles to support the technical upskilling of women and youth in our community and help create career opportunities for them. Our efforts have seen us achieve PSEB’s Platinum Award for Export Growth in 2019.
Code Girls
Contour is proud to partner with CodeGirls, empowering unemployed women from underprivileged backgrounds and bridging the gender gap in Pakistan’s tech industry. Since 2019, we’ve actively supported CodeGirls by sponsoring students, providing internships and employment opportunities, offering our office space for graduation ceremonies, and even donating hardware. Our commitment extends beyond financial support: Contour team members have directly contributed by conducting boot camp training sessions and mentoring graduating students.

The Citizens Foundation (TCF)
Empowering Young Minds: Contour Leaders Mentor TCF Students
On International Women’s Day, Contour Software’s female leaders demonstrated their commitment to social responsibility by visiting The Citizen Foundation (TCF). They mentored young girls, emphasizing the use of technology in education and fostering logical thinking through a dynamic Computer Science curriculum. This initiative aims to equip the next generation of female leaders with the skills and confidence to succeed.

Contour Women Connect was a movement in action, a movement of empowered women lifting each other up, leaving everyone with unforgettable lessons and a renewed sense of purpose. The program emphasized the theme “Support, Nurture, Grow,” which resonated with participants from Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. The initiative featured a panel discussion with seven accomplished leaders from the IT industry in Pakistan sharing their journey with us and inspiring so many women along the way.
Celebrating Women’s Day
In celebration of International Women’s Day, Contour Software hosted events across our offices to recognize and appreciate the valuable contributions of our female employees. Through thoughtful gestures and heartfelt appreciation, we fostered a sense of community and reinforced our commitment to gender equality.
Celebrating Men’s Day
Contour Software recognizes the importance of celebrating International Men’s Day. We used this occasion to foster open conversations about mental health, and well-being among our male employees. We organized events that promoted healthy lifestyles, encouraged open dialogue, and celebrated the diverse contributions of men within our organization.
ACCESS Initiative
The ACCESS program, launched by Contour Software, promotes inclusivity for people with disabilities (PWD). Through sensitization workshops, accessibility audits, and focus group discussions, this initiative fosters a supportive environment, enhances awareness, and identifies job opportunities for PWDs across Contour’s offices in Pakistan.
DEI Workshop
At Contour Software, we prioritize a strong, inclusive culture. As part of our Leadership Series, the DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging) workshops and webinars are designed to promote an equitable workplace.
