• Adeel joined Contour Software in 2018 as Jr. HR Administrator and is currently serving as Assistant Manager HR for the North Region. Additionally, he is managing G&A and S&M Service Lines at Contour. Previously, he worked with NUST Business School HR Consultancy Team and was involved in providing consultancy services to local enterprises. He has also served as a Research Associate at a leading university and played a key role in launching their research journal.

• Adeel is the winner of President’s Gold Medal (MSc. HRM – National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST)), Campus Gold Medal (BSc. Business Administration – COMSATS University) and Chancellor’s Medal (Bachelor’s in Business Administration – Lancaster University, UK). He also holds SHRM-CP Certification from SHRM, USA.

• Talha Rauf joined Contour Software in 2015 as Network Support Engineer and with over 6 years of experience of working in Contour, he now leads the Lahore Office’s IT team and overall Information Security of the company as the IT Team Lead – Infrastructure & Security Analyst.
• He manages all day to day IT operations that involve leading the Helpdesk Team, Systems and Network Administration, and dealing with IT Procurement. Along with this, he also handles the designing and deployment of the IT infrastructure related to the workspace expansions.
• Talha has done his BS Hons. in Computer Science from Preston University. Moreover, he is a CCNA, PaloAlto ACE, Microsoft Certified Professional, and Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP) by (ISC)2.

• Asghar formally joined Contour in last quarter of 2020 but his contributions as software engineer to the pilot projects, a decade ago, paved the way to contour’s foundation.
• He is fine technical professional with 15 years of industry experience. In the past he has worked as solution architect, head of production and cloud / .net engineer. He is passionate about automation, agility, continuous integration, and delivery.
• He got his computer science degree from Arid University Rawalpindi in 2006.

• Bilal joined Constellation in Toronto at the start of 2007, after a few early years spent in IT Systems and then Marketing & Sales management roles in the Homebuilding industry in Canada.
• At Constellation, his first post-acquisition product management role was on a homebuilding industry enterprise solution, followed by a dealership management system initiative project. Alongside, Bilal was involved in pre-acquisition activities, which led him to run pilot projects involving offshore development, eventually gestating and founding Contour in 2010.
• Bilal has a Software Engineering degree from McMaster U, and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York U.

• Javeria joined Contour software in 2011 as an HR Administrator.
• With close to a decade of experience, she is currently working as an Associate Director HR. Other than leading the HR team, she is also handling advisory role for PS/IT, G&A and Client Care/ Software Support Service Lines.
• Javeria has an MBA degree from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, SHRM-CP certification from SHRM, USA and is a Certified NLP Coach from Coaching with NLP, UK.

• Saeed joined Contour Islamabad Office in the year 2018. At Contour Islamabad office, performing administration/operations role, was among the first team members, when Contour started its office in Islamabad in the year, 2018 (December), as member of management team also contributed in establishing the new Contour Islamabad Office at TF Complex.
• Before joining Contour, he was in SAM & BILL- a Consultancy & Advocacy Company, from 2013 to 2018, coordinated different projects for GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan Ltd and some other renowned pharmaceutical companies and for media houses like, CNBC, SAMAA, ATV, 92-News. Coordinated the project-Restructuring of the Directorate of Information-KPK.
• Before Sam & Bill, was in Constellation Plus- a Media & Management Company, from 2007 to 2013, as coordinator worked for USAID-Population Council, World Vision, Helpage International and for different Govt. Ministries. As project coordinator worked on coffee table book series on heritage of Pakistan, world-wide circulated- The Churches of Pakistan (Versions- English, French & Italian), The Sikh Heritage of Pakistan, The Hindu Heritage of Pakistan and The Buddhist Heritage of Pakistan.
• Saeed has an MBA degree with specialization in Finance.

• Kashif joined Contour in August 2015 to work for one of the Homebuilder division and its product as architect. After spending almost 1.5 years with that product he was associated with the team working on the division’s flagship product.
• Since he had experience of technical and project management in the past, so after some time he was promoted to Manager Software Development Services position to help company achieve its targets specifically related to the development service line.
• Kashif has Master of Computer Science degree from University of Karachi.

• Waseem has been with Contour Software since the company was started in 2010, when CSI acquired Gladstone MRM Ltd. UK
• Prior to serving 3 years at Gladstone, he had been involved with Finance and Operations areas in the IT industry since 2001.
• Waseem holds an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi.

• Farrukh holds master’s degree in IT from Punjab University and has 13+ years of experience in IT industry focusing mainly on Systems & Database Administration, Software Delivery and Application Support.
• He joined Contour in 2017 under Trapeze NA BO and was promoted to Management Team as Manager IT Services with additional charge of Professional Services in 2019.
• He is also a PowerShell and Bash Shell nut as he loves to do scripting so that he can automate all the things. He enjoys learning technology. In his spare time, he loves playing video games and enjoy hanging out with family.

• Sohaib, a Karachiite by heart, had his elementary education completed from UAE. Came to Pakistan in later 90’s and joined the booming Industry of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in 2002.
• Joined Contour as a Support Consultant to Jonas Centaman Division in 2015. In a matter of time, he became a subject matter expert in the product and started assisting multiple teams like Dev, QA and Devops. He also invested his time in the Payment Card Industry processes and completed his PCI – QIR certification. He was given the opportunity to handle the Customer Support/Client Care Services portfolio at Contour Software in 2020.
• Sohaib has a Bachelor’s in Accounting & Commerce from University of Karachi, a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from Virtual University of Pakistan. He is also pursuing a Master’s in Computer Science from Virtual University of Pakistan.

• Saba serves as Manager HR, bringing over 7 years of HR experience to the team. Prior to joining Contour in 2017, she managed the Human Resources function in small to mid-size companies in industries including financial services and retail. Building HR structure from scratch for a small size company is one of her many achievements during her early years of professional experience.
• Currently, Saba co-leads the HR team and responsible for all HR operations. Her areas of expertise include compliance and best practices, benefits administration, HR infrastructure, and policy and procedure development.
• Saba has an MHRM degree (Master of Human Resource Management) from IAS, PU.

• Awais joined Contour team in mid-2011 as Junior IT Support Assistant, after a few early years spent in IT Support, he was promoted to IT Team Lead.
• At Contour, Awais leads Contour IT & Corporate IT Service Desk Team. He has led and collaborated in Contour & Corporate Infrastructure projects in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad office.
• Awais has MSc degree in Advance Computer Networking from Glasgow Caledonian University.

• Aqeel Ashraf joined Gladstone PLC’s Pakistan branch office, at the start of 2008, as a Senior Software Developer. Once Gladstone became part of the Jonas operating group of CSI, Aqeel continued as a Gladstone MRM division employee at Contour. He rose to a Team Lead (late 2010) and then after some time, to a Technical Lead role, and contributed as a key component of Gladstone’s post-acquisition success. As part of the Contour division employee, he has worked as a Technical Development Lead and a Line Manager.
• He is a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, and is recognized as one of the key change agents to have helped implement and refine the Gladstone R&D department to the state of best practices, especially from a development process methodology perspective.
• Since 2016, he is working as a Director of Software Development Service at Contour.
• Aqeel has a strong track record and experience of recruiting, leading, coaching and mentoring Software Developers, Architects, Team Leads, Managers and other Senior/Junior team members for the R&D divisions/departments at Contour.
• Aqeel has a Computer Science degree from Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology, and holds Microsoft technical Certifications.

• Ehsen joined Contour in May 2015, has served two divisions Volaris Travisoft and lately Perseus Market Leader in the Automation Lead capacity. He has been a lead and core automation architect for various initiatives and holds extensive experience with commercial and open-source frameworks/tools such as Test Complete, Selenium-based frameworks, Mocha Chai with JavaScript (NodeJS), etc. Ehsen was a key employee responsible for the development of robust architecture and framework of an automation project for complex data-driven API & UI based system using various tools and technologies for execution on multifaceted testing infrastructure and environment. He also developed automation infrastructure within Dockers/containerized (micro-services) environment.
• At Contour Ehsen recently started a new role as a Manager SQA Services, he is managing the growth, performance/quality and sustainment of the QA function and personnel. He is quite involved in knowledge-sharing between the teams, in terms of tools/technologies, testing, processes and methodologies.
• Before joining Contour, for 7.5+ years, he was involved in testing mission-critical and safety-critical embedded complex enterprise applications with European teams.
• Ehsen has an Electronic & Communication Engineering degree from University of Lahore, and Certified in Project Management, Software Quality Assurance and Safety Process Management.

• Anwar joined Contour Software Karachi Office in November 2013; his earlier experience was working for e-Bizsoft (for 8+ years).
• At Contour Software, his first project was to setup Contour Lahore Office in Pakistan and its expansion

• Having 20 + years of experience with expertise in General Administration, he is a crucial part in leading the Operations in Contour Software North.
• He completed his bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Finance from Calcutta India

• Abeer joined Contour Software in May 2013 as a Junior Network Support Administrator. He got promoted to the position of Network Support Administrator in 2015, System and Network Administrator in 2017, Associate Team Lead in 2019, and in 2020, he laddered to lead Karachi Office’s IT team & overall Systems and Network of the company as Team Lead – Systems & Network Administrator.
• Abeer manages all day to day IT operations that involve leading the Helpdesk Team, Systems and Network Administration, and dealing with IT Procurement. Along with this, he also helps in the designing and deployment of the IT infrastructure related to the workspace expansions.
• Abeer has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Karachi University and has taken multiple trainings in Cisco, Palo Alto, Linux and Microsoft platform.

• Sarfaraz joined Contour Software team in September 2011. He has more than 13 years’ of diverse experience in the IT & Finance industries, including accounts and finance, audit, human resource, administration, Compliance, and regulatory relations.
• At Contour, his first job was to transform and develop Accounts department by implementing GL system. He was later involved in ERP implementation and provided support to HR during HRMS & ESS` implementation.
• He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University. He is a Jedox certified Specialist. Sarfaraz is currently leading Accounts department and managing HCMS.

• Farrukh joined the Contour Software team in January 2014, he has more than 10 years’ experience in multiple industries, having worked in food, bank, & IT industries.
• He has excellent knowledge of financial reporting and accounting process. Farrukh holds a Master’s degree in Economics & Finance from University of Karachi and he is an MBA from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, focused on Marketing and Finance. He is also a Jedox certified Specialist.
• Farrukh loves family fun, food, & travel. When he’s not working with numbers, you will find him spending time with family.

• Asad joined Contour in November 2017 in the capacity of Manager Administration, he looks after overall office operations like Security, Staff Management, Office Infrastructure Maintenance, Cafeteria, Recreational Area, Procurement, Visa processing & Handling Company’s annual events.
• He has previously worked in different sectors like Pharmaceuticals, FMCG and Textiles. Before joining Contour Software Pvt Ltd, he was associated with TATA Pakistan as Associate Manager Administration.
• Asad has a B.Sc.(H) in Computer Science – University of Sindh, an M.Sc. in Computer Science from University of Sindh and an MBA from Institute of Business & Technology (BIZTEK).

• Mubbashir joined Contour in October 2010 after him spending some early years in Network and Systems for a Banking Organization and a Software house.
• At Contour, his initial role was to manage IT Infrastructure of the company. Over the years, Mubbashir was involved in managing IT infrastructure, procurement and performed various other roles related to IT, Networks and Systems.
• Mubbashir has a Computer Science Degree from Usman Institute of Technology and an MS in Computer Networks from the Mohammad Ali Jinnah University.
